Rebuild (women)

7:00-8:00 PM (Recurring)

Centerville

This study is offered on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM or 7:00 PM (Sep. 12-Oct. 31).

The book of Nehemiah tells of God’s people rebuilding the city of Jerusalem and being rebuilt according to His Word. As we watch Nehemiah direct the rebuilding, we’re watching God direct history according to His promises–all of which were fulfilled in the promised Christ. This study helps us understand our history as believers in Jesus and learn to walk in faith according to God’s Word, even in times of weakness and rebuilding. It’s a dramatic story of God’s people sustained by God’s Word at a crucial point in salvation history.

Book of James

7:00-8:15 PM (Recurring)

Centerville (Kids Room A)

According to James, the Christian life is more action on Monday than worship on Sunday. The book is packed with practical, everyday wisdom and it challenges not only our words, but our actions. Talk is cheap, James argues. Service is invaluable. Join us for a bare- knuckled look at the practical side of faith, which often means trusting God even in hard times.
