Studies and classes offer community, wisdom and encouragement

Posted: January 24, 2019

Spiritual Formation studies, classes and workshops are offered seasonally, in a variety of formats and on different days to make it as easy as possible for you to find something that interests you and fits your schedule. Some studies are gender- based, while others are coed to encourage married couples to strengthen their relationship as they grow deeper in their faith.

As one participant recently shared, "I wanted to interact with others in a group setting that would be a support for me as well. That’s when I found this Bible study. I have seen and felt God do unexplainable things through me during the weeks of this study, and I am so grateful to Him and the people in this study with me."

Heart of a Warrior
Thursdays, 6:30 PM
Begins February 7

Men have a significant role in God’s larger story. They’re also the target of a special warfare aimed continually and ruthlessly at the center of their being: their masculine hearts. Men are wounded, frustrated, angry and being crushed under the weight of criticism and expectations.

What if we are setting men up for failure rather than helping them be free? Author Michael Thompson invites men to a place of training and orientation that will ensure both a settled heart and a fierce courage.
