For the past several years, our church family’s generosity has provided Christmas toys and gifts for children in our community through a Christmas Store. We are excited to continue our partnership with Beavercreek City Schools to help families and children in the community. The Christmas Store will take place on December 4 and 5.
You can help make Christmas special for families in our community by purchasing gifts or serving in a variety of meaningful ways.
Purchasing Gifts
To participate, register to purchase gifts. Choose how many $25 gifts you’d like to purchase, then select an age and whether you’d like to shop for a boy or girl. Every gift you choose helps a parent experience the joy of giving something special to their child. Every gift you donate makes a big impact on the inventory we can provide at the store.
Purchase new $25 gifts/toys. No used items. Please do not purchase Bibles, as our partners are providing these. Toys and Walmart $25 gifts cards are encouraged.
Please return gifts by November 29. Drop off at Fairhaven Church, Beavercreek Campus – Sunday Only
To make this experience more meaningful, we suggest visiting a local store and purchasing your gifts together with family and friends. You can also order toys online and ship them to the Centerville Campus. Please mark them as “Christmas Gift – Beavercreek” and ship to 637 E. Whipp Road, Centerville, OH 45459.

Serving Opportunities
Shop for the Christmas Store
New this year! Join us Friday, Nov. 20, from 5:00–7:00 PM for a fun evening of shopping to help fill the Christmas Store shelves! Sign up with friends, family, or your small group. There’s no cost to you! We’ll provide a shopping list and everything you need to select gifts for local children.
After shopping, you’ll help transport the gifts to the Beavercreek Campus Office, where we’ll pray over the gifts and families who will shop there, then enjoy a holiday treat together.
Serve at the Christmas Store
Another great way to get involved is by serving at the Christmas Store. You can help with setup or store operations during open hours.
Pray
Every shopper will have an opportunity to share a personal prayer request. Click the link below to see those requests and pray specifically for the families walking through the doors. You can help change Christmas for one child, one parent, and one family right here in our community.
