Every year during our annual Global Impact Weekend, we highlight how God is working around the world and invite you to provide financial support for a specific project. These projects, chosen in cooperation with trusted members of our global staff and partners, help expand the Church, develop leaders, and share the hope of Jesus.
Below are a few recent examples of the impact your generosity has made.
2025 – Expanding family ministry in Guatemala
GOAL:
Complete an education building to serve children and support a ministry for single mothers.

2024 – Church multiplication in Ecuador
GOAL:
To invest in the “Seed Fund,” which helps churches in Quito, Ecuador secure land and facilities needed for growth and multiplication.
IMPACT:
- Fairhaven’s gift helped fund a $132,000 investment in Norte Church, accomplishing the following:
- Completed the Christian Education Building, used weekly by hundreds of children, youth, and over 450 adults in the Bible Academy.
- Installed an elevator for improved accessibility across the five-story building.
- Expanded the nursery to meet the needs of a growing number of young families.
- Constructed a media control room to enhance Sunday worship experiences.
- Developed a central outdoor plaza for community connection, with underground storage for essential equipment like electric generators.
- Improved traffic flow and added parking by removing structures at the front of the property.
2023 – Digital Discipleship Platform in Southeast Asia
GOAL:
To fund a three-year digital initiative supporting underground church leaders using the 7-Stages Discipleship training.
IMPACT:
- Launched 7-Stages.org, a multilingual discipleship platform now used across the U.S. and internationally.
- Includes hundreds of training videos and handbooks in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, with French and Cantonese underway.
- Helps churches train small group leaders, track progress, manage groups, and assess discipleship health.
- The platform is already strengthening discipleship in churches across different countries, with further expansion planned through a Discipleship Training Institute.
2022 – Leadership Development and Outreach in Indonesia
GOAL:
To raise up future church leaders in Indonesia and expand ministry to children and families.
IMPACT:
- Funded the launch of a Bible camp to reach kids and their families with the hope of Jesus.
- Provided scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students studying at Jaffray Bible Seminary.
- Supported living expenses for church planters preparing to serve in unreached regions.
These investments are helping build a new generation of pastors, educators, and disciple-makers in a country with few followers of Jesus.
