Justen joined the Fairhaven staff in 2016 and serves as the Nortmont Campus Pastor. He oversees the Northmont Campus staff, helps coordinate worship services and ministries throughout the week, and interacts with the local community.

A native of the Dayton area, Justen married Esther in 2013 upon graduation from Liberty University in Virginia, where they both obtained degrees in Worship Ministry. They have two daughters, Joy and River, and have fostered two newborns who have reunified with their biological families. Justen loves the outdoors, hiking, camping, and all kinds of travel- loosely including theme parks since most of those are also outdoors! He always has a browser tab open to Google Flights.

Before coming to the Northmont Campus, Justen served as the Worship & Outreach Pastor at the Springboro Campus for eight years and as the Worship Minister at First Church of Christ in Xenia, OH, before joining our staff.
