Kelly Carraher

Kelly Carraher

Kelly joined Fairhaven’s staff in 2014 and is the Director of Adult Ministries. She oversees Group Life, Pastoral Care, and Guest Services at all our campuses.

She met her husband, Andrew, on a blind date. They married in 1996 and have five kids. Kelly enjoys hiking, power walking, spending time with family and friends, lake life, and reading. She is passionate about developing leaders and healthy living, and as the rest of the staff has learned, Kelly is the practical joker no one ever suspects.

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bowling Green, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Wright State, and is currently working on her Master’s in Christian Studies and Ministry Leadership through Crown College. Before joining our staff, she was a Critical Care & Trauma Nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital and a Nurse Practitioner with Nephrology Associates of Dayton.

By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another. – John 13:35, NASB
