Rob joined the Fairhaven staff in 2017 and serves as the Central Lead Worship Pastor. He leads worship at the Centerville Campus and oversees the Worship and Production teams at Fairhaven’s campuses and venues. Rob crafts the Wonder of Christmas, Maundy Thursday, Worship Nights, and other special events, along with writing, arranging, and recording original music with other team members for special Fairhaven Worship projects.

He and his wife Tunrade married in 2006 and have four children. In his free time, Rob enjoys playing music with his family, Filipino Kali (martial arts), and video games with his kids.

Rob earned a Bachelor of Music from Kennesaw State University and attended the Atlanta Institute of Music for Guitar Performance. Before joining the staff of Fairhaven, he worked as a professional guitar player, was on the faculty of the Atlanta Institute of Music, and served as the worship pastor at Eastside Baptist Church in Arkansas and Indiana Avenue Baptist Church in Texas.

Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice.
