Sharon joined the Fairhaven staff in 2009 and currently serves as the Pastor of Outreach. She connects with Fairhaven Supported Global Staff who are serving around the world and oversees the short-term mission trips. Sharon also champions our local community engagement and poverty alleviation initiatives. 

Originally from New Jersey, Sharon is a first-generation American; her mom was born in Germany and her dad in Italy. She and her husband, Eric, have been married for 31 years and have four adult children and a daughter-in-law. In her free time, Sharon enjoys family time, travel, and home renovations. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Taylor University, with degrees in Christian Education and Bible. Sharon is ordained in the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
